:A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a dynamic finance team in Montague Gardens. If youre analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to lead on financial reporting and compliance, this role is for you.Location: Montague Gardens, Cape TownKey Responsibilities:
- Management Accounts review and analyze with full supporting schedules
- Balance Sheet Reviews & Reconciliations
- Fixed Asset Register oversight
- Audit File Review and Finalization
- Budget Review for Group Entities
- Review VAT201, EMP201 & SARS queries
- Prepare Provisional Tax Calculations
- Employment Equity Plans & Social/Ethics Compliance
- Prepare Rebate & Advertising Calculations
- Maintain and Manage Sales Reports (DevExpress)
- Perform Data & Cost Analysis (Excel / Power BI / SQL)
- Work directly with the Financial Director on daily operations
- CA (or equivalent qualification)
- 510 years bookkeeping and accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills are essential
- Experience with SQL or Power BI is advantageous
- Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
