Senior Accountant

Job Description
Our client, who has commercial and residential property, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Durban, Umhlanga.
They will be reporting to the Finance Manager .
Qualification: Must have a BCom Accounting as a general requirement
Years of experience: Minimum 5 years' experience xe2x80x93 ideally some in the property industry.
Management accounts:
- Preparation of Budgets
- Preparation of Management Accounts Pack
- Managing of intercompany loans (schedule of monthly movements and comments)
- Maintaining fixed asset register
- Taking initiative to change presentation of spreadsheets
