We're seeking a
Senior Account Executive
to drive revenue and help expand a fast-growing franchise brand. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll convert qualified leads, build strong relationships with aspiring business owners, and contribute to the sales strategy that fuels national growth.

What You'll Own:
Manage inbound and outbound sales from lead to signed agreement
Qualify prospects, conduct discovery, and deliver compelling franchise presentations
Build trust with franchise candidates, small business owners, and operators
Maintain a clean, efficient pipeline using HubSpot or a similar CRM
Identify and communicate customer feedback, objections, and trends
Work closely with leadership to refine sales playbooks and market messaging
Support and coach junior reps as part of a growing sales team
What You Bring:
2-3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C, franchise, or healthcare a plus)
Track record of closing mid-to-high-ticket deals with decision-makers
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
Strong organizational habits and pipeline management experience
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
Self-starter mindset with comfort working independently in EST hours
Bonus: Experience selling in franchising, operations, or service industries
