Job Summary MANAGEMENT OF A FULL SECURITY DETAIL AT AN INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING FASCILITY. Responsibilities include: Maintaining all security policies and procedures, conducting security inspections, writing of comprehensive reports, attending management meetings, assessment of probable security threats, investigation of security breaches, maintaining safety protocol, implementation and execution of emergency procedures, applying disciplinary measures with regard to misconduct, conducting disciplinary hearings, hiring and training of new guards, compilation of shift roster, performing duties as per executive instruction. Report directly to the company directors. PSIRA registration and Weapons Competency are compulsory. Market related salary on offer. Working within a very professional security environment.
