Role Overview We are seeking a driven and target-focused Security Sales Representative to join our growing team in Centurion. The ideal candidate will have direct sales experience within the guarding industry, with a proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close deals. This role requires a self-starter who is confident, persuasive, and committed to achieving sales targets within a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new guarding contracts and clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct site assessments and compile tailored security solutions.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and quotations.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Compile daily and weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry functions.
- Stay informed of competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in the guarding/security services industry.
- Strong understanding of security service offerings, particularly physical guarding.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
