Responsibilities
Working with the onsite security management within your Area of Responsibility (AOR) the Campus Manager will take overall ownership of all aspects of the day-to-day security team and environments. The Campus Manager will ensure appropriate operational service delivery by fully and satisfactorily completing and delegating duties which include, but are not limited to:
General staff management including activities relating to training, recruitment, absence, scheduling, compliance, appraisals and disciplinary matters
Lead, motivate, encourage, engage, guide and support onsite management teams and seek to develop their management skills
Ensure all onsite management teams are managing employee performance and competence with onsite procedures
Provide first line support to both onsite security and account management teams when queries relate to sites within the Campus Manager AOR
Strive to maintain and support effective communication at all levels
Develop and nurture relationships with account management, client and partner teams to ensure an effective working environment
Provide consistently high levels of customer service
Complete continuous training and development activities
Seek to enhance the security stature of the site by recommending innovations and new way of working to site management
Represent the client and Securitas in a way that maintains the standards, brand and values of both
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Security Leadership position with competence in all areas of Security Operations and Labour Management
Proven experience in call centre management and technology
Intermediate level of English and communication skills
Ability to build effective relationships
Pro-active in identifying challenges and implementing solutions
Ability to work with integrity whilst unsupervised
PSIRA Grade A
Knowledge of access control software
Advanced Level of Competence In the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong general IT ability
Strong organisation, communication and organisation skills
Data and reporting
Proactive approach to all activities
Experience managing teams within the corporate security sector
Experience in HR activities (recruitment, disciplinary procedures, delivering training, developing teams, etc.)
Experience reporting key metrics to internal and external stakeholders
