Job Description
Key Requirements for MIB Position:
Security Grade A (PSIRA registered)
Ability to think independently and make sound, constructive decisions under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to defuse volatile situations and handle difficult guests professionally
Solid understanding of security operations within a high-standard hospitality
environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
High level of physical fitness and alertness
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Prior security experience in a guest relations or hospitality environment, exposure to five
star establishments will be beneficial
