This role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, implements security protocols, and manages risk to safeguard company assets, employees, and guests.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: * PSIRA Registered

• Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with access control systems and surveillance technology.
• Ability to assess and mitigate security risks.
• Military or law enforcement background is desirable.

Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of security personnel.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend security enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business operations.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting thorough investigations as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices.
• Manage relationships with external security vendors and service providers.
• Implement and oversee access control measures, surveillance systems, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees.
• Prepare and maintain security reports for management.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations for refuse management
