Our client, a well-established and respected property company in Bellville, is looking for an energetic individual who wants to join their rapidly growing business. They have a mixed portfolio including, commercial, industrial, sectional title, health care and homeowners' association. They are extremely passionate about property and in particular property management. Taking great pride in what they do and manage each property as if it was their own. Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 - 5 years' experience within a similar role.
You will be responsible for:
Attending trustee meetings and AGMs
Assist with Budget preparation and budget variance management
Facilitate the compilation, additions, and amendments to Conduct Rules and Management Rules, and lodging thereof with CSOS
Maintain and uphold the administrative, financial, and secretarial requirements of the sectional title scheme/HOA
Advise and apply to the interest of the sectional title scheme/HOA the specific rules applicable to the successful management and upholding of the required
The effective utilization of the internal company software systems, systems, and processes to properly perform the duties assigned to the position of PM
Manage daily telephonic enquiries emanating from clients, owners, trustees, caretakers, bondholders, agents and any other role-players from a relevant scheme
To have a high work ethic and be an example to more junior staff
The PM should be the primary contact for the Trustees / Directors and owners
Obtain the necessary quotations and sending out of contractors as requested by the client
Daily management of trust funds and investment funds
Awareness of all transfer of units within the portfolio and management of same
