-As a Section Engineer Production you will ensure the effective and safe movement of men, ore and material in the vertical/decline/horizontal shaft/haulage/plant operation of the Concentrator Plant and the associated maintenance and construction linked to the Operational Area of responsibility.


Approved monthly budget expenditure Planned maintenance priorities Allocation of resources within section Setting daily, weekly and monthly technical targets Approval of sections' leave rosters Shutting down the section Disciplining of employees to agreed parameters and procedures Shaft schedules Planned Maintenance Schedules

This role is at a Band 6 level reporting to the Section Engineering Manager

Qualifications

-Engineering related degree (BSc Engineering/Diploma/BTech) Government Certificate of Competency (Mines and Works)

Experience required:

5 years' post Engineering qualification experience If successful, you will be required to undergo a Medical Fitness Certification. Basic Computer Literacy
