Job Description
Job Summary - B.Eng in Electrical Engineering degree. - Government Certificate of Competency (mines and works) will be an advantageous. - Minimum 3 years' maintenance experience in cement or equivalent industry. - Must have 2 years' experience in managing people. - Extensive experience in maintenance system implementations and strategies. Skills and Knowledge: - Understanding of operation maintenance and production strategies. - Knowledge of cement plant equipment, including operating systems to do proper plant over-inspection, fault finding and performance management. - Planning, organising, problem solving and people management skills. - Proficient in computer skills (Ms Office and SAP).
