Qualifications and Experience required:
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline - or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Solid understanding and application of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Proficient in using Azure DevOps (formerly TFS) for managing sprints and product backlogs.
Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) practices.
ISTQB certification would be a strong advantage
