Job Summary Job Experience & Skills:
- 2-3 years' experience fulfilling the Scrum Master role in a digital environment
- Scrum Master Certification
- Training or facilitation experience (advantageous)
- Experience working within the Financial Services Industry (advantageous)
- Degree or Diploma in Education (advantageous)
- Grade 12/SAQA Accredited Equivalent
- Certified evidence of qualification(s) meeting the equivalent NQF level required
- Must be fit and proper as per regulatory requirements
