Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Scrum Master (Level III)

with 8-10 years of relevant experience to lead Agile delivery for one of our key enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Agile project management, team facilitation, and delivery oversight using tools like

Jira

and

Confluence

.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, engineering leaders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient, and value-driven project execution.

Experience & Skills Required

Primary Skills

Agile Project Management & Scrum Methodologies Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)

Secondary Skills

Stakeholder Management (internal and external) CI/CD Process Awareness Sprint Metrics & Velocity Tracking

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including

Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Guide Agile teams in

Scrum best practices

, foster continuous improvement Track team progress via

sprint backlog

,

burn-down charts

, and

velocity reports

Maintain product roadmaps and coordinate closely with

engineering leadership

to meet delivery goals Identify team impediments and work proactively to remove blockers Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog Act as a servant-leader, driving team alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile

8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments Proven success in managing multiple teams or large-scale enterprise projects Confident working in

international, distributed team environments

Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills Certifications like

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

or

SAFe Agilist

preferred (not mandatory)
