Reporting to the Release Train Engineer, this role is a leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices while resolving complex impediments across multiple teams. It collaborates with the broader Agile community to enhance business agility, design and deliver training for ongoing transformation, and maintain a performance management system to drive continuous improvement and high-performing team dynamics.

Minimum Requirements



Education:




Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Science or Information Technology Certified Advanced Scrum Master (e.g. Professional Scrum Master III or equivalent) Certified in delivering Agile related certification training.

Experience:




Essential


More than 8 years' experience leading teams as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment in IT, Financial Services or Consulting. Extensive knowledge in the software development life cycle (SDLC)

Preferred


Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 certification 8 or more years' experience as part of an Agile software delivery team as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Agile Project Manager.

Knowledge and Skills:




Advanced knowledge in Scrum/Agile software development methodologies including Scaling Frameworks like SAFe. Experienced in Coaching and Mentoring Training design and delivery Software development Business Process and Analysis Product backlog understanding and management

Duties and Responsibilities



Design and deliver bespoke training programs to address gaps identified in scrum practices Monitor and maintain the performance of the scrum masters and their teams by developing measurement systems that address completion of committed work Support the teams in addressing and eliminating issues to improve the likelihood of achieving the objectives of the Iteration Assist the Scrum Masters and team improve and take responsibility for their actions Teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves Focuses on ever-improving team dynamics and performance and coaches the scrum masters and teams in self-management Resolve interpersonal conflicts and challenges and identify opportunities for growth Address people problems using established internal team processes * Foster a culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship that is the hallmark of effective Agile teams
