Job Description
Junior Scrum Master
- Implementation of Agile principles and practices
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
- Oversee and manage core Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
- Work together with product owners to handle new requests and backlogs
- Certified scrum master
- Certification and excellent knowledge in Agile framework
- Must be familiar with software development
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an agile environment
