Job Description
A client in the consulting services tech space is looking for a Senior Scrum Master with DevOps experience to join their team.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree
- Certified Scrum Master / Scrum Practitioner
- Minimum of 3 years working in an Agile Environment
- Solid understanding of DevOps
- Life Insurance Experience or Pension Fund experience
- Must be passionate, assertive, confident and excited to lead a brand new team
- Implement the principles of Scrum to support the product development process
- Develop and maintain team standards
- Facilitate the implementation of Agile Practices
- Assist with backlog maintenance and resolution of defects / bugs
- Assist and mentor other junior Scrum Masters
- Manage project plans
- Review Agile processes
