Job Title : SCRUM MASTER ( Hybrid role )

Area: Tshwane

An Exciting opportunity exists to join a Software development and solutions integrator company that delivers international projects from around the globe. As a Scrum Master, you will have an opportunity to impact the delivery and execution of our products and solutions; in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will primarily be responsible for ensuring that the scrum process is maintained and evolves; and as well as coach the teams and our leaders on improving outcomes. This pivotal role at will serve as a key liaison between our technical leads and development teams, to ensure requirements are delivered and key milestones are met. You will actively facilitate the management of product backlogs and coordinate Solution analysts and architects to identify and manage cross-team dependencies using scrum principles.

You must have the following to apply :

• A bachelor's degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or similar.
• Scrum Master Certifications
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience within a dedicated scrum driven role
• Must have a solid experience and understanding of the Scrum Principles
• Experience managing multiple teams / projects scrums at the same time
• Basic understanding of software engineering best practices, basic architecture concepts like service orientated architecture and object orientated analysis and design
• Willing to get your hands dirty and work with the Solution Analysts, Developers and Test Analysts during JAD sessions
• Has a full understanding of the IT SDLC
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
