Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles
Lead cross-functional teams and support Product Owners
Remove blockers and support continuous delivery and improvement
Drive Agile maturity and build a collaborative team culture
Report delivery progress using Agile metrics and tools (JIRA/Confluence)
5+ years of experience as Scrum Master
Scrum Master Certification
Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven background in technology-driven Agile environments
Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
Between 5 - 7 Years
