Scrum Master
Job Description
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure teams follow Agile best practices and maintain clear visibility of progress and dependencies.
Keep team boards and tools up to date to reflect current work and priorities.
Foster team performance, alignment, and collaboration across roles and functions.
Support Product Owners with Agile planning, backlog management, and defining key deliverables.
IT Degree/Diploma
Scrum Master certification (advantageous)
4+ years Scrum Master experience in Agile/DevOps
Proficient in Jira and Confluence
Experience with CI/CD and BDD
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
Between 3 - 5 Years
