Our client (a well-known independent education group) is on the hunt for creative, organised, people-savvy marketers to join their team in Johannesburg East
This isn't just any marketing role - it's your chance to be the driving force behind school community growth and brand awareness. You'll work closely with passionate educators, build relationships with families, and bring the school's unique energy to life in the public eye.
What You'll Be Doing:
Generating enrolment leads and guiding families through the admissions journey
Planning and hosting vibrant school marketing events
Conducting market research and spotting opportunities
Rocking the school's digital presence (social media, website - you name it!)
Coordinating local PR and media activities
Managing branding and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms
Building strong connections with internal and external stakeholders
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has at least 3 years' experience in a marketing, sales, or communications role
Holds a relevant qualification (marketing/sales/communications)
Is tech-savvy and confident in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Has ninja-like time and project management skills
Can juggle multiple priorities with a calm head and creative flair
Is a natural communicator - persuasive, warm, and service-driven
Loves people, builds relationships easily, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team
