Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced School Deputy Head to lead and manage the Prim
POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced School Deputy Head to lead and manage the Primary section. This role is ideal for a passionate educator with strong leadership skills and a solid background in international education systems, particularly the Cambridge curriculum.
Responsibilities
Manage and implement planned academic and administrative activities within the Primary section
Assist the Head of School in developing strategies to uphold high educational standards
Support resource planning and management to ensure efficient school operations
Organize and supervise the Primary school faculty
Liaise with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative school environment
The Deputy Head - Primary will report directly to the Head of School
Key Skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Decision-making under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership
Innovative mindset and energetic personality
In-depth knowledge of international school systems, especially the Cambridge curriculum
Minimum of 10 years' work experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level (e.g., Head of Department or Deputy Head)
Qualifications
Full Grade 12 School Certificate or Cambridge Certificate with at least five (5) "O" level credits, including English
Degree in Education or a related field
