Job Description

Provide Level 1 Support for SAP SuccessFactors (primarily Employee Central & LMS).



Act as the first point of contact for business users, handling basic issues and coordinating escalations.



Coordinate testing activities with business super users for releases, enhancements, and fixes.



Support training preparation and delivery, including job aids, user guides, and functional walkthroughs.



Maintain and update process, configuration, and testing documentation.



Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth end-user operations.



Understand HR business processes and align system actions or requirements accordingly.



Requirements:



Senior Certificate plus relevant IT Degree or IT Diploma or certifications plus solid work experience.



SAP Success Factors certification (advantage).



Must have 3 years minimum experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant.



Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.



Technical skills required:



At least 3 years' Level 1 Support experience with SAP SuccessFactors required.



SAP SuccessFactors (3 years min.)



SAP EC (SAP Employee Central) 3 years min.



SAP LMS (S AP SuccessFactors Learning) 3 years min.



Strong understanding of HR business processes.



Advantageous skills:



Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Succession Planning modules will be an advantage.
