Overview:

To provide advanced SAP technical consulting and development expertise, ensuring that SAP solutions effectively meet business requirements and strategic objectives. The role involves performing system analysis, solution design, development, and maintenance within SAP projects, with a strong focus on SAP cloud development technologies and the Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions in alignment with the business needs. Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into SAP technical specifications. Provide hands-on expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related cloud development technologies. Perform system configuration, integration, and enhancement activities. Support and maintain SAP environments, ensuring high system availability and performance. Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants. Participate in SAP project lifecycle activities, including design, build, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. SAP certifications in relevant modules or technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, ABAP, S/4HANA). Experience in Agile or DevOps delivery models.

Experience:
Minimum 8+ years experience in SAP technical consulting roles. Proven experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Cloud Development, and SAP ABAP (including OData, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5). Solid understanding of SAP integration frameworks and APIs. Experience with SAP S/4HANA technical components and architecture. Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, transport management, and system upgrades. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience working within large enterprise environments, preferably in the financial services or banking sector. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
