SAP Project/Integration Manager IT ~ SAP

Our client an Automotive Giant is a leading technology-driven organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Project/Integration Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in our SAP project and integration initiatives.

Position Overview:

As an SAP Project/Integration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful integration of SAP systems, particularly in relation to Data Readiness, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Internal Business Readiness, and integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Shop Floor systems. You will work closely with various business units to ensure that they are prepared for the project and equipped to fulfill their core responsibilities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with internal business teams to assess their readiness for SAP project involvement and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Lead the Data Migration process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data transferred to SAP systems.
• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate training sessions for end-users, ensuring that they are well-prepared to utilize SAP systems effectively.
• Prepare the organization for Go-Live and Post Go-Live Support (PGLS), including monitoring and addressing any issues that may arise during this critical phase.
• Contribute to the design and transition of SAP systems to Application Management Services (AMS) and support the S4 implementation experience.
• Ensure a deep understanding of full SAP business processes and their integration with MES and Shop Floor systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an SAP Project/Integration Manager, with a track record of successful SAP project implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems, data readiness, and integration with MES/Shop Floor systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in Data Migration, UAT, and Training for SAP projects.
• Experience in designing and transitioning SAP systems to Application Management Services (AMS).
• Previous involvement in S4 implementation projects is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
