What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll play a pivotal role in delivering SAP Time Management solutions, supporting users with queries, errors, and system navigation. From blueprinting and solution design to configuring schemas and rules, your input will directly shape client satisfaction. You'll collaborate on program enhancements, support integration with payroll, and ensure seamless ESS/MSS functionality. Whether drafting specs for the ABAP team or analysing data through reporting tools, this role offers full lifecycle involvement in SAP HCM projects.
Where you'll be doing it Our client is a dynamic IT services company based in Johannesburg, known for delivering high-impact SAP solutions across enterprise environments. With a culture rooted in innovation and continuous improvement, they specialise in implementation, support, project rescue, and digital transformation services. You'll be joining a collaborative and driven team dedicated to optimising business processes through technology.
What you'll need You're a certified SAP HCM consultant with deep expertise in both positive and negative Time Management. You bring experience from at least three full lifecycle SAP HCM implementations, particularly in Time & Attendance, and have been involved in biometric project rollouts. Your ability to navigate integrations with non-SAP systems and collaborate with development teams sets you apart.
