Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Education: Relevant IT Degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years' experience in an SAP environment
• Professional Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences effectively

Core Technical Expertise (Mandatory)

• SAP Plant Maintenance: Strong focus on Plant Maintenance modules (logistical modules also accepted with team upskilling support)
• Test Management: Comprehensive test management experience with Xray exposure advantageous
• SAP Exposure: Proficiency in PM EAM, PP, QS modules preferred
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Quality Focus: Commitment to defect resolution and product quality assurance
• Agile Responsibilities: Additional duties as per Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Advantageous Skills Advanced SAP & Technical Knowledge

• Additional SAP Modules: Experience with other SAP modules will be considered
• ITSM Platforms: Operations platforms like ITSM experience advantageous
• IT Qualification: Information Technology qualification (advantageous, not prerequisite)

Key Responsibilities Testing & Quality Assurance

• Test Case Development: Writing and refining comprehensive test cases
• User Acceptance Testing: Manage UAT processes with visibility of defects and test management
• Defect Management: Collaborate with team members to ensure fast and efficient defect resolution
• Quality Improvement: Improve overall quality of SMART applications
• System Monitoring: Monitor IT system error messages and process accordingly

SAP Operations & Support

• Production Support: Provide SAP Production Support for Plants
• Operations Services: Deliver comprehensive operations support services
• Best Practices: Actively participate in business refinements ensuring SAP best practices are followed
• Business Alignment: Ensure solutions align with business requirements and processes

Collaboration & Process Excellence

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and solutions
• Knowledge Transfer: Share expertise and support team development
