Sap Case Management (cm) Functional Analyst Principal
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Case Management (CM) Consultant with a strong background in SAP PSRM Case and Records Management to support key initiatives within a public-sector environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and proven experience delivering solutions within large and complex SAP landscapes. This role requires a consultant who can lead workshops, engage with business stakeholders, compile specifications, and support full project execution, from analysis and design through to testing, training, and implementation.
Experience Required
- 8+ Years SAP Experience
- Multiple SAP PSRM Case and Records Management implementations e.g. DAMS
- It is advisable that the successful candidate has relevant City of Cape Town SAP PSRM Case and Records Management & DAMS experience
Qualifications Required
- SAP CM Certification
- SAP Case Management (CM) System Configuration and Setup
- Analysis and Solution implementation
- Project Execution
- 8+ Years SAP Experience
- Relevant SAP PSRM Case and Records Management Experience
- Local Government experience would be beneficial
- It is strongly recommended that potential candidate resides in Cape Town
- Perform System Testing and Training
- Compile Functional Specification
- Workshop with business-on-business requirements and solutions
