Configure and set up the SAP Case Management (CM) system to meet business requirements
Conduct functional analysis, design, and implement effective SAP CM and PSRM solutions
Lead solution implementation, testing, and deployment activities
Prepare and maintain Functional Specifications and related documentation
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present system solutions
Perform system testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption
Support project execution, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews
Mandatory Requirements:
8+ years of SAP experience
Proven SAP PSRM Case and Records Management experience

xperience Required:
Minimum of 8+ years of SAP experience
Proven experience with multiple SAP PSRM Case and Records Management implementations (e.g., DAMS)
City of Cape Town SAP PSRM Case and Records Management & DAMS experience will be highly advantageous
Other Requirements:
Prior local government experience will be beneficial
Strongly recommended that the candidate resides in Cape Town
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
