Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about customer service, to provide expert advice and sell products to walk-in and telephonic customers. The successful applicant ensures product knowledge, customer satisfaction, and sales performance while supporting other departments through cross-functional tasks.
The suitable applicant has the following experience and attributes:

2+ years' experience within the Motor Industry, with parts sales (Genuine and Aftermarket) advantageous. Good knowledge of vehicle models and parts (mechanical or technical background preferred). Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills. Computer literate (POS, stock system, Microsoft Outlook/Excel). Sober habits. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Remains calm and efficient under pressure. Team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -
Providing courteous and professional assistance to all clients. Generating accurate quotations and processing sales efficiently. Driving sales growth. Making use of the various platforms to assist customers. Assisting with ad hoc tasks as and when required. Ensuring quick turnaround times. Adhering to company processes and procedures. Weekend work.
Salary is market related.
