Experience required:

Management)

Responsibilities of role: Development of client solutions:
xe2x97x8f Contributing to engagement deliverables pertaining to all aspects of Salesforce
Technology.
xe2x97x8f Assist discovery & design workshops to identify client requirements.
xe2x97x8f Designing and/or Reviewing of Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.
xe2x97x8f Inputting into the estimation of engagements in discovery, pre-build and in-build
phases.
xe2x97x8f Managing your build of Salesforce solutions using configuration.
xe2x97x8f Responsibility for the quality and timeliness of your build deliverables.
xe2x97x8f Ability to perform Customisation of Salesforce using Configuration.
xe2x97x8f Facilitating End User Training and other user adoption activity.
xe2x97x8f Work in an agile culture and work in a high performance driven environment
xe2x97x8f Help identify and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
xe2x97x8f Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the
client's platform.
xe2x97x8f Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the
business.
xe2x97x8f Adhere to and promote best practices, and design the guidelines.

Commercial:
xe2x97x8f Supporting Pre-sales during development of new business with new or existing clients
xe2x97x8f Support the production of proposals & working with wider teams to present proposals
xe2x97x8f Assist in the review of proposals during the pre-sales process to ensure proposal
accuracy
xe2x97x8f Working with the commercial teams to ensure a smooth handover in to Delivery
processes
xe2x97x8f Ability to work with engagement leadership to ensure accurate and achievable
resourcing planning
