Are you a seasoned System Architect with a passion for shaping innovative and efficient solutions? Join our dynamic team where you'll collaborate with diverse departments and uphold our internal policies to ensure impeccable information management, security, and IT governance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Craft comprehensive, technical specifications based on Functional Descriptions, ensuring a thorough understanding of business specs.
• Design and develop test plans, facilitating performance and stress testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Conduct peer reviews of technical specifications, designs, and test plans across departments.
• Drive continuous research on system development best practices, architectural patterns, and principles.
• Set and maintain high-quality design standards for development and architecture.
• Deliver signed-off technical specifications, design documentation, and test plans within agreed deadlines.
• Provide input during task sizing to ensure accurate time estimations.
• Ensure constant performance and uptime of relevant solutions.
• Provide guidance and input during support and production incidents.
• Enable monitoring, management, and scalability for solutions.

Educational Experience:

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with a minimum of 4 years of CRM experience, including at least 3 years on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce product suite, system architecture, design patterns, and principles.
• Proficiency in data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with business systems.
• Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
• Proven knowledge of cloud architecture, platforms (AWS).
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as C#.
• Familiarity with UML diagrams and design/development of large web-based systems.
• Active Salesforce certifications.
