Qualifications / Experience required:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Community Cloud (desirable)
- Certified Agile Practitioner (desirable)
- Salesforce Accredited Financial Services Cloud (desirable)
- Experience of full lifecycle software development with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities
- Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations
- Strong background in CRM process design and implementation
- Understanding of how Salesforce fits into wider Enterprise Architecture.
- Understanding of how Salesforce integrates with other systems, e.g. using middleware such as Mulesoft
- Experience with integrated packages e.g. AdobeSign,.DocuSign, CTI, Marketing Tools
- Configuration of Salesforce using flows
- Customisation of Salesforce using Apex and Visualforce
- Data migration & integration using data transfer tools
