We are Lot Squared Development, and we develop high-profile luxury homes and boutique condominiums in and around Washington, DC. As a real estate developer, we source our own projects off-market by making millions of cold calls a month to motivated property sellers and developing a relationship over time with those who might be interested in selling to us. We are hiring a Salesforce Admin and Developer to maintain both our call centerxe2x80x99s Salesforce CRM and Five9 CTI dialer, develop business applications for our systems, and be a subject-matter expert who can advise us in both high-level business matters and in technical in-the-weeds matters. This job is 40 hours / week; 9am to 6pm US EST M xe2x80x93 F. Hours for this job are not negotiable. Job Responsibilities
  • Be a subject matter expert in Salesforce and operations
  • Advise on matters of both high-level business matters and technical in-the-weeds matters.
  • Advise management on business decisions as it pertains to our CRM and CTI systems.
  • Optimize call center performance by analyzing KPIs, uncovering analytics insights and trends, and recommending data-driven solutions to business problems.
  • Great xe2x80x98inside-facing customer servicexe2x80x99 and teamwork. Anticipate the needs and goals of all team stakeholders.
  • Development of business applications for our sales systems in a call center environment.
  • Accountable for on-time, high-quality software project deliveries, analysis, design, development, and quality assurance.
  • Design business applications for a call center environment.
  • Measuring and testing potential solutions in a call center environment.
  • Performing end-to-end cross-discipline leadership and project management throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Call center sales systems administration - Salesforce and Five9 dialer
  • Ensure high quality data management and integrity.
  • Perform routine maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot issues.
  • Train stakeholders on using systems.
  • Develop supporting documentation for all aspects of systems.
  • Log developments and report KPIs for stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience with and troubleshooting Salesforce.
  • Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience designing business applications for Salesforce. Experience designing apps for call center operations a plus.
  • Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience with predictive dialer software. Five9 experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of computer programming languages and concepts.
  • Experience optimizing sales operations performance. Call center operations a plus.
  • Relevant certification preferred: Salesforce Admin Certification or one or more Consulting Cloud Certification such as (Sales, Service or Community).
