Manage client calls and emails to ensure timely and professional communication
Execute systematic follow-ups to prevent missed sales and investor opportunities
Maintain and organize calendars to optimize leadership scheduling and availability
Support CRM cleanup and contact organization to improve data accuracy and accessibility
Proactively manage action items and streamline communication processes to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
Prior professional experience as an Executive Assistant or in sales/administrative support roles.
Demonstrated experience supporting founders or executive leadership teams.
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or e-commerce is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage and execute follow-ups for 10-16 client calls per day.
Advanced skills in email triage and calendar management.
Proven experience in sales support, executive assistance, or other revenue-facing administrative roles.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
Some college coursework completed, reflecting foundational professional readiness.
Strong communication and organizational skills to support day-to-day operational efficiency.
