Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to promote the company's
platform to small business owners.
Educate potential clients on service offerings and package options.
Identify client needs and recommend the best plan or add-on services.
Manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely
conversions.
Build relationships with potential clients through consultative selling and excellent
communication.
Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to improve outreach strategies and
client experience.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development (B2B
preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills comfortable with cold calling and virtual
presentations.
Familiarity with digital platforms, small business marketing, or website tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage leads independently.
Experience working with community-based or niche markets is an advantage.
