Motus Retail is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training Facilitator to join its growing Learning & Development team. This role plays a vital part in strengthening the sales capability of the Motus Retail dealer network through targeted training and development initiatives.

Position Overview
The successful candidate will design, deliver, and manage engaging sales and soft skills training interventions that empower sales staff with the skills and knowledge required to excel in a competitive market. A passion for adult learning, excellent facilitation skills, and a strong understanding of the automotive sales environment are essential.

Specific Role Responsibilities
Training Needs Analysis
- Interface with management and retail partners to identify skills gaps across soft skills and sales and identify the most appropriate means of addressing the gap.
Training Development
- Use all of the aforementioned data to develop impactful, relevant and up-to-date training material and related content for delivery to the Motus Retail dealer network, including the development and administering of assessments for training. This includes maintaining and updating all training material on a continuous basis and designing content on the appropriate platforms to function effectively on the internal LMS.
Training Delivery
- Schedule and deliver training sessions nationally and/or regionally based on skills gaps, business needs. Manage all training logistics and administration (inclusive of the monthly training calendar). Manage all training-related LMS functions such as creating training events, manage training bookings, create and manage reminders, follow up on training events, advise users on their training. Schedule regular dealer visits for dealer-level coaching and training interventions.
Training Administration
- Administration of staff registration and target achievement for Motus Retail-mandated system training (DDMS and local LMS). Maintain, manage and report on the training completion against targeted percentages and all other reporting requirements as set by the HR Department. Qualifications and Experience
An appropriate tertiary qualification (NQF Level 7)
A qualification and/or accreditation as a training facilitator, or a minimum of three (3) years' experience as a training facilitator, would be advantageous
Vehicle sales experience would be highly advantageous.

Excellent presentation skills
Excellent MS office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with content design software and Learner Management Systems
