Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for wellness and the gift of motivation? Were on the lookout for a dynamic Team Leader to guide and inspire a group of energetic Care Consultants as they roll out an exciting new product in the medical/wellness space!
? The Mission:
Youll take the lead on a feel-good marketing campaign thats launching at the end of May. Think face-to-face engagement, feel-good vibes, and exhibitions across Gauteng!
? Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
? Managing a team of 5 Care Consultants
? Coaching and motivating your team to shine in face-to-face client engagements
? Handling daily planning, team performance tracking, and on-site coordination
? Attending exhibitions and wellness events (youll be on the move!)
? Reporting into Head Office in Fourways when not on the road
? What You Bring to the Table:
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f 35 years' experience leading sales/promotions teams (face-to-face, not just behind a desk!)
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f A confident, hands-on approach to driving results
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f A genuine love for people and all things wellness
? Must-Haves:

xe2x9cx85 Valid drivers license (youll be steering the ship!)
xe2x9cx85 Clear ITC & Criminal Record
