Knowledge/experience working on a CRM system
Responsibilities:
Type service contracts & sales proposals & send to Clients
Maintain CRM system
Follow up with Clients telephonically & via email
Respond to Client enquiries telephonically & via email
Maintain CRM & filing systems
Create Client files for new deals
Update Supplier feedback list with Ops Manager & management team
Provide feedback to international Suppliers
Maintain CIDB registrations done yearly
Liaise with Auditors to update company documents
Update tender portals with new documents, complete tenders & submission thereof
Monitor tender portals & manage tender process
Raise Customer invoices
Send monthly statements
Update invoicing & cost of sale reports
Register all new lifts with Dept. of Labour
PA duties for the Directors, Sales Manager & Service Manager
