What You'll Be Cooking Up:

Market/Client Acquisition
Proactively identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base and increase brand presence
Sales Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets through strategic planning, effective client engagement, and disciplined follow-through.
Customer Pipeline Growth
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities to support long-term revenue growth.
Quote Accuracy & Responsiveness
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations tailored to client needs, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in all communications.
Lead Conversion & Deal Closure
Effectively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to final agreement, converting leads into closed deals through persuasive negotiation and value-driven proposals.
Key Account Support
Provide dedicated support to key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth through personalized service and strategic account management.
Customer Retention & Satisfaction
Foster strong relationships with existing clients, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring consistent satisfaction to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Client Site Engagement
Conduct regular on-site visits to client locations to strengthen relationships and understand operational needs and identify opportunities for additional value and support.
What You Bring to the Table:

Business Management
4-6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the QSR or foodservice industry
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong expertise in sales negotiation, client relationship management, and solution selling
Demonstrates a target-driven approach with excellent time and priority management
Skilled in post-sales support and customer retention strategies
Solid technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and product offerings
