We're searching for confident and driven team players to help grow our inside-sales function. Your ability to communicate credibly with business and IT decision-makers, identify customer needs, and qualify interest in cloud solutions is a crucial requirement in driving our success. The right person for this role will be enthusiastic about cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, and skilled at uncovering new opportunities. They will also be eager to collaborate closely with our solution architects and specialists to move qualified leads through the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Engage inbound leads from marketing campaigns and initiate confident discovery conversations
Understand customer needs, challenges, and readiness for cloud adoption
Qualify prospects and accurately capture key information in CRM
Communicate the value of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
Build rapport through professional, helpful, and curious conversations which generate solid pipeline
Collaborate closely with solution architects and senior sales specialists for smooth handovers
Support the customer journey by participating in joint calls or demos when needed
Skill requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to hold credible conversations with business and IT decision-makers
Understanding of Microsoft Cloud offerings (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, security/migration concepts)
Ability to build rapport and tailor conversations to customer needs
Curiosity, confidence, and a genuine interest in cloud technology
Comfortable using scripts and conversation frameworks while staying authentic
CRM proficiency with strong attention to detail in data capture and pipeline accuracy
Work Experience
1-3 years' experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement within the IT or tech sector.
Proven ability to qualify prospects based on defined criteria
Background working with technical sales teams such as solution architects or specialists (preferred)
Experience supporting the customer journey, including joint calls or demos
Track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
