and more on the way, our growing hearing aid retail network is looking fordriven Retail Sales Managers
who thrive in results-oriented, target-driven roles.This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in
commission-based sales
- whether incold calling, call centres, insurance, or lead-driven environments
- where hitting and surpassing targets is part of the daily challenge.What We're Looking For
Proven track record in
sales leadership
and driving team performance Ability to consistently meet andexceed KPIs and targets
Confident with computers and digital sales tools Personable, professional, and comfortableinteracting with customers
Ambitious, self-motivated, andgoal-oriented
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ready to startimmediately
Own reliable transport and avalid driver's licence
What We Offer

base salary R10,000 - R15,000
