Job Summary
Our client is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative (6 Month Contract) to join their team in the Western and Northern Cape . This junior to mid-level role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working independently, building strong business-to-business relationships, and achieving sales targets while traveling within the region. The client is actively looking to appoint a suitable candidate as soon as possible.
This position focuses on B2B sales within the liquor and chemical industry sectors, requiring a proactive approach to client acquisition, client retention, and territory management. The successful candidate will be target-driven, hardworking, and confident in managing customer relationships while promoting products and services effectively.
Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' business-to-business sales experience
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
• Fluency in Afrikaans, English, and Xhosa
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong client retention and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Western and Northern Cape
• Knowledge of chemicals and/or the liquor industry will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business-to-business sales and promote products within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide product knowledge and support to clients
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office tools
• Travel to client sites and manage territory effectively

Remuneration

• Basic salary: R15,000 per month
• Performance-based bonus and commission structure
