About the Role:
A leading provider of professional waterproofing and roofing solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to expand its footprint. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson to join a growing business, offering premium solutions to both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct site assessments and provide clients with tailored waterproofing and roofing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property managers, homeowners, and commercial clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, waterproofing, or roofing industry is a plus.
• Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
• A branded company car will be provided to you, to use in the day when assessing sites. After 3 months the client will consider allowing you use of the company car full time.
• Company cell phone also provided to engage with clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
