We are a fast-growing instant hot water company.
We are looking for a
goal-oriented, self-motivated sales closer
who can workindependently
andtake ownership
of results.This role is
performance-based
and requires someone who enjoys closing, hitting targets, and managing leads with discipline.This is
not
a receptionist or customer service position.This is
sales
.Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and in store customers Send product information and quotes Book installations and confirm delivery details Track and meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Well-spoken, confident communicator
(phone + in person) Mustspeak or understand Afrikaans & English
Matric
requiredComputer literate
Call centre / telesales experience
Self-motivated
, able to workwithout supervision
Punctual, reliable, and consistent Must be able to work withdaily targets and performance tracking
Must be trustworthyR5000 basic + uncapped commission + incentives
