  • Generate new security sales through tenders, personal research, and customer networks.
  • Convert incoming leads into sales opportunities.
  • Understand and promote a range of security products, including alarms, CCTV, and access control.
  • Engage with customers to identify and meet their security needs.
  • Prepare and present sales quotes and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet individual and team targets.
  • Maintain detailed sales records using CRM software.
  • Provide post-sales support and collaborate with service teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems like alarms, CCTV, and access control.
  • Proven ability to identify and convert sales opportunities through prospecting and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex security solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with security industry regulations and trends.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for customer service and building long-term relationships.
