Position: Sales Representative - Printing and Packaging

Location: Durban, KZN

As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in expanding our clients customer base and driving revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge products and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Minimum Qualification Criteria:

• Matric
• Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous
• Minimum of 3-5 Years in the Printing and Packaging Industry
• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the printing and packaging industry.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with printers and the ability to understand basic technical specifications.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective objectives.
• Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.
• Bilingual: Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research and Identify Prospective Customers: Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify potential customers within the printing and packaging industry.
• Sales Planning: Develop and execute a daily work schedule to maximize sales opportunities and meet targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate new customer accounts while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire a strong understanding of our best-in-class UV curable ink and related products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to the success of the company.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive and provide valuable insights to customers.
