As the Sales Representative for Port Elizabeth, you will be a key driver of growth, with the following core responsibilities:
Retail Client Acquisition & Business Development:
Actively identify, negotiate with, and successfully recruit new retail locations (specifically malls in the PE region) to secure placement opportunities for our kiosks.
Key Account & Technology Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with acquired retail partners and effectively manage related internal technology systems.
Sales Target Achievement & POP Excellence:
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring the flawless execution and measurable success of all Point of Purchase (POP) objectives.
Promotional Campaigns & Brand Activation:
Plan, execute, and evaluate high-impact promotional campaigns and brand activation events to drive customer engagement and sales.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement in field sales operations through proactive management and optimization of processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture robust relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.
Sales & Communication Management:
Oversee all field sales activities, ensuring clear, professional, and effective verbal and written communication across the team and with clients.
Customer Service Excellence:
Set the standard for exceptional customer service, ensuring all client and customer interactions reflect positively on the brand.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Accurately track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insightful reports to senior management.

Experience:
