Job Description
Our Client in the HR-Services Industry is seeking to employ a Sales Representative to their team based in Markman Port Elizabeth.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) required.
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, HR, or Business Management preferred.
- 2-3 years' experience in sales within TES, recruitment, or HR outsourcing.
- Knowledge of South African labour laws and TES compliance frameworks.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the TES (Temporary Employment Services) sector.
- Promote and sell staffing solutions across multiple industries (manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality).
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and needs assessments.
- Prepare and negotiate service-level agreements and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and client pipeline using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on labour legislation, compliance requirements, and market trends.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, expos, and networking functions.
