Job Description

Our Client in the HR-Services Industry is seeking to employ a Sales Representative to their team based in Markman Port Elizabeth.
Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) required.
  • Tertiary qualification in Sales, HR, or Business Management preferred.
  • 2-3 years' experience in sales within TES, recruitment, or HR outsourcing.
  • Knowledge of South African labour laws and TES compliance frameworks.
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the TES (Temporary Employment Services) sector.
  • Promote and sell staffing solutions across multiple industries (manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality).
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and needs assessments.
  • Prepare and negotiate service-level agreements and pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and client pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on labour legislation, compliance requirements, and market trends.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, expos, and networking functions.
