Hino Trucks Parow is looking for a high-energy, self-driven Commercial Vehicles Sales Rep to join our Sales Team. You'll report to the Dealer Principal/Sales Manager and receive full on-the-job training. If you love building relationships, thrive on targets and aren't shy to pick up the phone or knock on a door--this is for you.
Position Overview
Specific Role Responsibilities
Proactively prospect, cold call and network to build a quality sales pipeline.
Sell new and used commercial vehicles to achieve and exceed targets and maximise profit.
Deliver a standout customer experience that drives repeat and referral business.
Confidently negotiate and close deals independently.
Accurately capture and process all deal file paperwork and admin requirements.
Represent Hino professionally at customer visits, demos and events (incl. some after-hours/weekends when required).
A self-motivated, high-energy approach and competitive mindset.
Persistence, resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
